The two love each other but there's a problem--only Brady knows it. Sarah must discover it--so Brady is left to wait. But how long can he wait? How long should he wait? The author does a good job of depicting how young love--honest love--matures during the often painful process of waiting for it to be returned. The author skillfully uses scripture--without being preachy--to make his point that finding God's will often begins by surrendering your own. It's a good read--easier to pick up, than put down. It is a beautiful love story with periodic build-ups to where I had to keep reading to find out what was going to be the outcome. The prose is excellent as are Clapp's ability to relate a story and relate vivid desriptions of emotions and surroundings. It should get some type of prize and is movie material.
